Newbie to weight training here!
I'm interested in weight training, and i need to know some good exercises i can do with free-weights. And what should i know? And how often should I do it? Lol I'm actually completely clueless, so any information would be SO greatly appreciated. :)

This website is very helpful: http://www.exrx.net/
I've very detailed and includes videos of the exercises. There's even a "Workout Creation Instruction" page that should walk you right through.
Best of luck to you and your first step towards better health!

also peruse www.stumptuous.com - and follow links referenced in the many posts on this board. read and learn as much as you can, and pick up some weights and try it all out.
Awesome. Thank you so much. ^-^
I don't forget body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats, and the myriad ab exercises. Especially try to get in some push ups because they will work your entire upper half ,at one time, from hips up.
