Fat stomach, thighs, saddle bags, love handles and back fat like you wouldn't believe!!
I'm just starting all of this and need advice as to what classes I should take at my gym. I'm thinking spinning or kick boxing as well as running each day along side pushups and sit ups.
Anyone have suggestions?
