Newcomer needs help please?

Hi everyone, hoping someone out there can help me! I am 41 yr old female, weighing around 117lbs, & 5ft 4". I am sick to death of people saying "how skinny do you look". In the past 5 months or so i have lost just over a stone. I have been to the doctors & had all the necessary tests & nothing seems to be wrong.  Sometime ago i did have problems with my gullet & digestion but that all seems to have calmed down now. At the time i was vomitting food that was undigested...(yuk... sorry!) and after tests found i had excess bile. This has now been treated but i simply do not seem to be able to put my weight back on. None of my clothes fit me & this is really starting to get me down. My probs seem to so insignificant compared to other threads ive read on this forum, but i would really appreciate someones help in finding me a diet plan that i can follow & stick to. Any takers please?

Welcome! Hmmm, how many calories are you eating now? Are you active? My guess is that you are going to want to eat at least 2700 to gain a pound per week. Maybe more as your metabolism speeds up. Eat calorie dense foods so you will not feel too full but will be getting a good amount of calories. Foods such as dark chocolate, avocados, whole milk dairy, dried fruit, ice cream, nuts, and nut butters help a lot. Hope I helped :)
