hi guys, i just joined today but have in fact been on a "diet" since april. i say "diet" because i'm not going by a guide or anything, just not been snacking and been eating good stuff.
i started off at 157 pounds and now im 132.5 (as of this morning) so i think thats pretty good!
i hate myself when i have a bad week of exercising but even though i sit around at work all day i am quite active when i get home ( not necessarily exercising but doing house work etc )
i've still got about 12-15 pounds left to lose but its going steadily at about 1-2 pounds a week so its not bad!

Sometimes the best diet is the one that you never now that you are on, you made some changes in your life know with CC try to learn some new tricks and you will get to your goal soon.

specifically? well i don't know, to be honest! i don't snack anymore and if i do its nothing i "shouldnt" be eating. ive cut my portions down a lot which has helped a lot and now my appetite has shrunk loads, according to my mum so that's why too i guess. i also do exercise which i hadn't really done before properly!
so if i can do it, so can all of you! :)
