Today i went to the gym, warmed up like always waiting on a couple of buddies to get there. we work out 2 hours a day some times 3. today we did flat bench incline for arms and reverse for arms curls 155 pound warm up 70 reps none stop flat bench then, we go to work 225 30 reps 3 sets, 315 10 reps 3 sets. today was my best i benched 340 2 times and went to 355 1 time a new personal best, keep in mind i way 203.
