Hey Everyone! I'm Julia and have almost been married for a year. I have always been a pretty active person and was always excited about being healthy. Then I get engaged and both my husband and I gain quite a bit of weight. I feel so depressed from the weight gain and I know it effects my husband as well. I want to lose weight and be healthy again so bad, but I feel as if I have no motivation to do it. I hope that this site will be able to help a bit. I would love to get some advise and some motivation as well.

AHH! I got so excited when I saw your post!!!! Sorry, I'm a bit excitable, hehe... :)

My name is Julianna, I'm ALSO newly married (almost at the 7 month mark now), and I was ALSO crazy into health and fitness before I met my hubby!

I'm working on trying to find motivation to exercise, and healthy alternatives to snacking between classes (I'm a college student). It's really hard to fit exercise into such a steadily sedentary lifestyle.

How tall are you? What are your health goals? Maybe we could share tips and tricks every now and then. :)
