Hmm. I agree with everything in the article itself - but the calculations at the bottom just told me to eat 4200 calories per day lol.

You probably forgot to convert your weight to kilos first. 1 kilo = 2.2 lbs I think.

I had trouble with that also, But we are all at CC and know what we need to do to get to our goals.

LOL. That's what I get for skimming!
According to the calculation portion, which is not entirely accurate as it only gives "sedentary" or "active", I am right on the money. :P
2372 cal per day I burn according to it, which is about my average number of calories per week (or per month)....so that's why I can eat as much as I do and maintain my figure :D
AWESOME!!! LOL
I agree that bigger people eat more than thin people - that is just common sense. However, if you do not eat very much food for a long time (like me), your metabolism slows down to the point of death. You eat a little bit of food to maintain, not lose weight.
It's an incredible phenomenon of the human body to 5'10, approximately 115 pound woman sit down at Starbucks with a venti latte and a panini, and eat it all when that is about how many calories you eat in a day and you weigh 10 pounds heavier at 5'4.. Our bodies are not used to change, and change is the only thing that causes weight loss or gain.
I like how this article (About how Elizabeth Hurley is on a Vodka diet) was on the side ... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article- 1227100/To-stay-shape-Liz-Hurley-gives-wine-s tarts-vodka.html
