What Are Your Next BIG and little Goals?
OK--I want to know how all you folks in CC-land are doing! I love to set little goals because they aren't so hard to reach and motivate me, but the B-I-G goals are always on my mind.
What do you do?
What is your next little goal?
What is your next BIG goal?
For weight, my next little goal is 40 pounds lost, and my next BIG goal is to hit 217 (32 pounds from now) because it would be my weight half-way point. For exercise, my next little goal is to keep walking 45 minutes a day 4 days a week for 2 more weeks. For exercise, my BIG goal is to eventually pick up the pace and even jog a bit. Don't know how long it will take, but there's the goal! :-)

Thanks for sharing your goals . . . they're all really motivating! And, it seems like for a lot of you, we'll be helping you to celebrate some of the little AND big ones soon! Whoo hoo!!
I'm relatively close to both of mine - hopefully less than 1 week from the first and about one month from the second. The little goal is to get into the 140's. The next big goal is to get to 50 lost. I'm at 150.0 right now with 45 total lost. :) Besides that, my other big goal is to run for 90 minutes straight - that one might take me a while yet!
yikes, pandajenn, run for 90 minutes?? That's amazing! I can't do anything for 90 minutes except maybe read or sleep (and in the old days, eat! *sheepish grin*). You're really amazing if you can run that long! Whoo hoo!
I can't yet! The best I've done so far was 60, and I've yet to duplicate that feat. So, it may be a while yet, but I will get there. :) And, there's quite a few fantastic runners on the site who can go longer than that. (You all know who you are!!) They are my internet heros. :)
My little goal is to lose my last 4lbs to hit my goal weight.
After that: WORLD DOMINATION!!! Muahahaha...er-right.
Ummm....*shifty eyes*
*runs*

Little goal: to be in the low 180's by the time school starts again in September (197 now). Tired of being the "fat" teacher, plus want to be a good role model for my students
Big goal: 150 by Christmas. Also want to be able to run a mile without stopping. This may sound laughable, but last time I did that was .........never. :)

My small goals are to eat 1800-2000 calories a day.
To fill my days with fun activities for me and my son.
To eat only at the table at meal/snack times.
To explore the thinking that occurs when I overeat and the reasons for my overeating.
My Big goals are to be happy with what I weigh.
To teach my child (& myself) how to actively engage in life instead of watching it pass by on a tv screen.
To identify and cope with emotions I have without using food.
My REWARD for this (not my goal), will be that I will finally weigh within my normal weight range for the first time in my life (188 lbs) by December. If I don't reach that date, I can wait a little longer.
