Next time you see someone eating crap...

Quote  |  Reply

Just think of what their "crap" looks like!!!!!!!!!!!

Not meant to gross you out, but on BBCAmerica theres a show called You are What You Eat and each episode the nutritionist asks for a poop sample.  I've heard it other places too: A well formed healthy person's poop is S-shaped, is still attached to you as it hits the toilet water, and shouldn't reek. Also, you shouldn't have to keep wiping and wiping, because a well formed poop is an evacuation of the bowels and should be compact enough to void the waste completely, rather than straining for several evacuations.

Even I have noticed that days when i don't get as much fiber and veg and fruit I suffer bowel-wise. I can't image what other people's bathroom affairs are like with the aboslute crap most people eat!

I'm sure we can all relate! Next time we're tempted by seeing someone eating Taco Bell or something really fatty  followed by a huge slice of cake and not eating vegetables, have a private thought and realize eating healthier is benefiting us in more ways than one :)

i've started using a lot less toilet paper since I began to eat healthy, that's all I'm gonna say Laughing

LOL! Good for you and your tummy :)

lmao this thread is hilarious, I love it.

I also love that show! Doesn't seem to be on so much these days, maybe I'm just missing it, but I always feel a bit of extra motivation whenever I watch.. plus there are always loads of good healthy eating tips. yay

cheers for this! I've now associted junk food with crap crap and will steer well clear! haha

Hmmm, that show (You are what you eat) isn't on any more in the UK. Gillian McKeith (the presenter and poop expert :P) is way too strict in my opinion. Mind you her methods do work!

Personally I'd rather not see the samples of peoples excrement on TV. Anyway she is involved in other shows here in the UK. There was a show she was involved in called Supersize vs Superskinny. Interesting show where they get two people, one overweight and one underweight and get them to eat each others meals for a few days. Then they advise them on health eating and give them both a program to follow. They highlight the problems of being underweight and overweight.

Anyway, I too find that there is a major difference in my movements now that I'm on a healthier diet.

My weigh in day is Saturday mornings - this is the weight I record once a week. I always make sure I clear the system first (if possible), it makes a difference! Tongue out

WOW!!!  gross...  it kind of makes you want to eat better foods, huh?  junk food sounds kind of gross right now...

i hope i can remember that when i want my junk food.  :D

gross...

I guess I never thought much about this before. It does gross me out when I see people eating crap - I just want to grab it from them and throw it away. Next time, instead of getting irritated about what they're eating, I'll just imagine what is (or isn't) coming out of them!

Thanks for the post - it make me smile. Laughing

I happen to like a little variety when I'm on the throne.

This is great. About 3 years ago I had to completely change my diet and lifestyle for health reasons. I stopped eating all fast foods, cheeses and red meats. I switched from eating almost no fruits and vegetables to eating almost nothing but..

Mostly that and eating lots of active yogurts have made me the most 'regular' guy on the block.

That poop comes out so regular now I can almost set my watch by it and on a good day there's a couple of  10-inch logs that just shoot out like a soft serve ice cream dispenser only requiring 1 or 2 wipes. Only problem is sometimes it actually blocks the flushing. That's a good thing now <g>.

I'm so conscious of what I eat now that, as mentioned in another post, I can hardly stand to watch others eat what they do. With every bite all I can see is cholesterol pumping in arteries and globs of fat clumping onto hearts. Not to mention what they must be going through with bowel movements.

Anywayz.. sorry this was so long. It's my first post.
