I do not care about my weight much and my biggest weakness is eating sunflower.
I just love nibbling on it while I do my homework or sit at home.
I realize that it has too many calories but on the other side, sunflower is said to have nutritional value, too.
I want to keep it under control but I can not resist it from time to time and eat a big pack of it(more than 100g)

They are yummy. I love them also. I say its better to eat them than nibble on other things, like chocolate bars. Just bear in mind that they have TONS of salt. So much salt that you'll be really bloated.
My advice: Keep eating them! Just don't eat them if you're trying to fit into a tight pair of jeans that week :-)
