HI all.....i'm rinie. I'm a new member in calorie count. Hopefully with this, i can lose my weight and ahieve my target and be more healthy. Hopefully we can share our idea and some motivation from all of you. Nice to meet u all....TQ Laughing

12. Biggest Obstacle to Getting Healthy? Lack of discipline but always try to lose weight

16. Anything Else You'd Like To Share? In my opinion, i think i work out a lot on my way to lost weight but my weight already stuck and very stubborn to go down. Have anybody facing the same problem like me?I don't know why it happen cause i'm a active person since i was child. I hope, with this calorie count, it will help make me successfully in losing weight, become healthier and meets more friends, Thank you

welcome Rinie!  I maintained my weight for awhile, trying to lose my last 5 lbs, and what worked for me was mixing things up, by doing different cardio/weight training.  I'm sure you can find new ideas by browsing the forums here.
