No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Balls

Recipe Ingredients for No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Balls

1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup quick oats
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 cup Cereal

Recipe Directions for No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Balls

  1. Add all the ingredients except for the rice cereal into a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into 16 one-inch balls.

  3. Pour the rice cereal into a shallow dish and roll each ball, coating each one. Enjoy!

  4. Store remaining balls in the refrigerator.
