No Fat/ Low Calorie Yogurt Chocolate Cookies Recipe

For a no fat low calorie cookie these are awesome. The only drawback is they do not get brown. 27 min 15 min prep

Ingredients
1 cup Splenda granular (sugar substitute)
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar granular
1 cup promise trans-fat free margarine
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
2 cup fiber one cereal
1 c hot water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Beat Splenda and Promise togeather.

  3. Add yogurt and vanilla.

  4. crush and mix fiber one and water

  5. Combine mix, soda and salt.

  6. Stir flour mixture into Splenda mixture.

  7. Fold in cocoa.

  8. Drop by spoonfulls on well greased cookie sheet.

  9. Bake for 12 minutes.
