I can't stand mayo, but I love tuna! I've noticed that just about every recipe that uses tuna fish, adds mayo. This is a great alternative!
| 7 | oz. albacore Tuna in water |
| 1/2 | c Diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, & garlic |
| 1/4 | c yellow onion, diced |
| 1 | tsp. lemon juice |
| 1/4 | tsp. lemon pepper |
| 3 | oz. Fat-Free Italian Dressing |
Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate & enjoy!
