Sit on my Face : It was the first Monty Python skit I learned the words to off by heart so it holds a special place for me. :)

Then did he raise on high the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, saying, "Bless this, O Lord, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the people did rejoice and did feast upon the lambs and toads and tree-sloths and fruit-bats and orangutans and breakfast cereals ... Now did the Lord say, "First thou pullest the Holy Pin. Then thou must count to three. Three shall be the number of the counting and the number of the counting shall be three. I have so many favorites.

But my all time favorite, my all time very very favorite Python sketch is probably "How do we tell whether she is a witch?"

.. followed closely by the Lumberjack Song

.. and the Spanish Inquisition.

*watches a little man in red jump in screaming "NOONE expects the Spanish Inquisiton!"*

A second vote for the Cheese Shop. 

My son (now 23) and I used to "do" that sketch, and even now from time to time he'll send me a random email: Jarlsberg?  Once he did the sketch playing both parts, but played the cheese shop owner as Cheech.  It was a wonder to behold!  "Oh, uh wow man, cheddar?" 

*Almost as much fun as quoting Frank Zappa lyrics (Billy was a mountain...) but that's for another day...

The murder rabbit from the "Holy Grail" was a nice touch.

That would be my favorite one, too.

I like it when he launches a cow over the wall.

I like the Black Knight too...There was a black knight doll at Hot Topic a few years back, and I almost bought it. The legs and arms came off hahaha Hurray for velcro toys.

Any sketch in the Holy Grail with the French Knight!  Oh... and pretty much the rest of the movie too....
