Ok I was just wandering if Slappy would like to be our ab coach, seems like she has the ab thing down and I need a little more help in that area. So what do you think Slappy are you up for it??????? Could be like a challenge for the week on ab work and anyone who wants to do it can!!!!!!!!

Just a few questions for anyone that is interested...

Do you do ANY ab exercises now?
Do you exercise?

do you have any back problems?

I can draw up some different level workouts.  Another thing that really helps ALOT! is watching your sugar and fat intake.  I cut back on my sugar this week and have not been bloated at all and have had no stomach problems!  I am starting to really see my abs and its soooo sweet!
LOL - if you ever go into business don't advertise the "No Sugar" until AFTER you have collected the money!!  No sugar!!??!!!  Can you find a way to show abs AND eat chocolate??  Please???

I've had all that I can take
My body, Slappy breaks.

I read that the daily sugar recommended is 40g a day.  I have been keeping mine at 30g a day this week and I SWEAR its finally flattening out.  Plus I increased my protein and dropped my fat some too....except for today.
I do ab exercise now although I have been slacking a little lately, they actually have an ab and back class at the gym I try and take weekly and I love it the first time I took if I touched my ribs they hurt, but it felt good. no back problems here. I will be joining the gym tomorrow, although I do workout at home some, I need this challenge to keep me on track. Let me know what to do and when Coach Slappy!!!!! and thanks!!!!!!!!

How do you track your sugar grams Slappy???????? What % are you trying to keep your fat and protien at?

when I log my food I write down how many grams of sugar they have in them.  erik is working on adding that to the food analysis.  Im trying to do 50% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat.
I am definitely in on this one....

Right now: I do something active every day (elliptical trainer, running, walking the dog, bowling, DDR, etc), and often a combination of the above.  I also attempt to do toning exercises at night before bed (crunches, leg lifts, pushups, etc), but it doesn't happen every night b/c I head to bed too late so I don't do them. I've already added in Slappy's suggestion for flattening out the tummy: Lay on your back, lift both legs up to 90 degrees, and lower them slowly to the ground without touching, then repeat. It's tough, but it's a good tough!!

And if there were any doubters I'm serious about this muscle thing, I'm LETTING SLAPPY TRAIN ME! :o
k I will set something up for beginners.  I wont require more than 10mins 3 times a week so HK, you are so doing this.

just plan on adding it to 3 workouts a week.  They will seem hard at first but just push yourself to do what you can.  I will post later.  Thanks guys! 

Chunky- maybe keep a list of all interested and if anyone has problems.

OH one more thing....let me know if its more lower abs (below belly button), sides, upper abs or all of the above that you want to work on the most.
Thanks I have to get super serious about losing this weight, my slacking off lately has not made me gain any weight I am just not losing anymore although I am toning some. I set some goals for myself in my journal and wouldn't you know it I started off my morning wrong no breakfast??? I will still be under my calories for today, but I better go hook a hose up to my mouth for my water intake to get up today(lol) So tomorrow is the start of these last 25 pounds dropping off me and with your help Slappy maybe I will have better looking abs then before my kids. also I had 2 c- sections so lower abs really need help!!!
