Is this normal?

I have been increasing my calories from starvation mode months-almost 18 months.I am letting my husband cook my dinner for me with lots of protein. I have been sweating terrible at night to where I am soaked. I also still get terrible bloat and fullness where it hurts my chest.I am not keeping a journal anymore because I count calories too much.I only do 30 minutes pilates per day besides work.

This is your metabolism speeding up, most likely, but it could also be a sign of something much worse happening and there is no point guessing. Whatever it is this is a sign more than ever that you need to eat more. You are severely underweight still, last I checked and as heavily counting might drain you you cannot go about not counting at the minute - your mind is not going to know what a portion looks like and likely will underestimate.

Furthermore, you do not NEED lots of protein. You need mostly carbohydrates and a good amount of fat.

Thanks-all my tests came out good. My husband is cooking my veggies in vegetable oil and I am eating english muffins. I will be brave and I am eating homemade chicken pizza today. I will try to keep track of calories-I am so numbers oriented and no weighing for 2 weeks.

I think that not weighing is a great idea, you don't want to be distracted by the scale.  But counting, or at least checking your calorie count every few days is probably a good idea, so that you know for sure you are getting enough and that you are getting a good balance of fats, proteins and carbs.

As for the night sweats and tummy pain, it may just be you getting used to this, but if you're worried, you should check it out with a doctor or dietician (or both).  Also, a dietician may be a great thing for you and your husband to go to together, if he is cooking than some direction on what you need would only do good things.
