Hi, I am brand new on here, so hey.

I started walking 3 miles a day (about an hour and a half) and cutting back on calories, and eating lots more veggies and fruits. I began this on May 16th of this year, and I have dropped 40 pounds. Very happy to see that, but I have noticed my fat is getting squishier(?) and saggier. Much more flabby. But the scale still says I am losing. I weight train 3 times a week, and have developed nice arms and shoulder muscles, as well as seeing definition in my legs. I have a long way to go, so is this normal to get so much flabbier? Or is this something wrong? Thank you for your help.

Sounds like "loose skin" not squishy fat. Your skin needs time to shrink after loosing a lot of wieght quickly...some lotions, and other things help tighten it up....It should get better in time. Plastic surgery may be needed in extreme cases.
