Okay so, I should have mentioned this in my headache topic, but completely forgot...Lately i've been feeling this tingling in my stomach, kind like a hungriness only alot weirder, and I know I'm not hungry because I'm eating 3 times a day, portions big enough to fill me up, but not stuff me like a thanksgiving turkey. It almost makes me feel like I'm going to throw up...What's happening to me????

It means that you are hungry... really hungry... Eating 3 meals a day isn't good you should be eating three normal meals and two snacks... that should make that feeling go away.
**edit** you will burn more calories if you eat more frequently, you are actually slowing your metabolism down by only eating three meals a day.
well I do eat snacks usually three or four to be honest, but their small snacks, like a small salad, or a special K cereal bar..
hey alaksa! how much water are you drinking? headaches and hunger pangs that aren't really hunger are both signs of dehydration. do you think that could be the problem? i know if i'm dehydrated i feel hungry even when i'm not, and a big glass of water usually takes care of it. if i'm reeeeally deydrated i'll get a headache or feel nauseous. if you don't think that's the problem, or if it doesn't go away soon, i'd check in with your doctor!
Double tap on that dehydration note. How balanced are you meals? Although it seems elementary, you still need to maintain a good fat/protein/carb balance. Sometimes folks will cut calories without maintaining nutrition if that makes sense.
