What do you normally snack on, on a daily basis?

Quote  |  Reply

I usually eat alot of snacks, and a majority of them are at night, and Iv'e read that it was ok.

But I usually eat an apple, yoghurt, a orange, some dried fruit, some grapes, some nuts, and 200 cal smart popcorn. Thats what I usually snack on throughout the day.

How about you?

So many options, really =]

100 calorie packs, popcorn mini bags, amd 100 cal cupcakes
Light n' Fit yogurt (60 cal/6 oz), low-fat cottage cheese (90 cal/4 oz), and Special K Strawberry protein bars (170 cal). I also count the cream for my coffee as a snack.

fuji apples, strawberries, fiber one bars, 100 cal packs granola bars, baby bel cheese, fage 0% yogurt, deep chocolate vitamuffins.

I'm not jewish, but I absolutely LOVE the big squares of egg and onion flavored Matzo crackers.  They are 100 cals each, and super super yummy!
? Where do you get those neko? They sound awesome! : D
Many Normal stores have them.  I live in Ohio and buy them at Kroger and Giant Eagle.  They can be found in the specialty sections.  In the stores that I mentioned they are found in the "kosher" section.  For whatever reason, I cannot find them in Walmart.  But, then they don't exactly have the best selection of foods.

The egg and onion are the best in my opinion.  The salted one are really good as well.
Celery is a big one. Cherry tomatoes, apples, low fat cottage cheese, pumpkin, scrambling 1/2 cup egg beaters with some turkey, mushrooms and onions is a satisfying 85 cal snack.
grapes, strawberry, soy crisps. I have these almost everyday.
Depends on what I have around.  My fiance and I are moving, so our cabinets are pretty much bare as we don't want to travel with food.  Today I had a handful of white chocolate chips, eighty calories that took me about two hours to get through.  Otherwise my favourite snack is cottage cheese with tomatoes.
I eat Petite Carrots, apples, tangerines, and that is usually it. . .I do usually eat chips with my lunch that gives me some salt, as I don't cook with it.

This is kinda nerdy but my fave thing to snack on is celery and carrots sticks with any kinda dip.

Cooked apple sprinkled with splenda and cinnamon or hummus with any type of veggie I have around.

tangerines/oranges, bananas, apples, pria or fiber one bars, light and fit yogurt, baby carrots, celery, grape tomatoes, laughing cow wedges...during the day

night time: I thaw frozen strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries and top them with a little light and fit yogurt, some sugar free syrup (either chocolate or maple), and some Cool Whip free for a psuedo-sundae.  Or I "splurge" with a pack of 100 calorie Orville Redenbacher 94% fat-free popcorn.  sometimes, if I'm still hungry at bed time, I indulge in a handful of mixed dried fruit, and I always have a cup of warm caffeine free fruit tea before bed.  If my calcium is low for the day I may substitute with a warm cup of milk sweetened with some sugar-free flavored syrup, like they use in the coffee bars...my favorites are raspberry and gingerbread flavored, but chocolate is always good too!
