where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight?
Stomach - I can actually fully see my stomach new

where do you still want to see a difference?
Everywhere! :)

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time?
27 lbs. so far :) Haven't checked inches in a couple of weeks.. but this seems to have been done in two months :)

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most.

Feeling proud of myself while I do things I didn't think I could do - like jog is my favorite
But I hate feeling sore. Hate hate hate :)

Here we go:

Biggest difference is in my face and in my lower half.  My face is so much thinner and the double chin is about 95% gone.  My lower half?  My legs look a lot better and I'm wearing pants that I wouldnt fit into when I was 10.

I still want to see a difference in my midsection.  I've still got a belly and some man boobage goin on.  It's not a round belly either...its a rolly flab type thing.  I am not happy at all with it.  It's going from everywhere but there.  Guess it will be the last place to go, so I gotta keep up!!

I've lost about 90 lbs total.  Inches?  I know in my waste I've lost 10 inches, neck I've lost 2.5 inches, chest?  Not sure, but I've gone from an XXL to a M in shirts.  Not really sure about everywhere else...I never measured.

And what I like most about this journey is feeling better and finally FINALLY succeeding in losing weight.  I had always wanted to lose weight, but never tried hard enough..this time I did, and I succeeded!  What have I hated the most?  I think that's obvious.  THE FOOD.  Pizza, bacon burgers, CHEESE, gummy bears, everything deep fried (Especially fries, pierogies, wings, chicken strips, that kinda stuff).  But I don't miss em enough to go out and eat any of em ;)
1) attitude and energy!

2) legs and belly... only 8 pounds to go, but i think more when i look at my legs and belly!

3) since january i've lost 27 pounds, don't know inches... never measured, kick myself for not, because i know i've lost a lot of them!

4) i have loved meeting the people on this sight, knowing that i am not alone on this journey! hate the blasted plateaus!
Ok, I will answer this honestly:

where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight?

In my bra size.  Next, face.

where do you still want to see a difference?
I am really excited to loose the flabby upper arms.  Waiting patiently...
Next, hips/lower abs.

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time?

19 lbs since March. I didn't measure when I started, but in the last 3 weeks, I've lost 9 inches.

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most.

Enjoyed? The exercise.  I feel like I'm finally making the time to take care of myself and I love how much stronger I have become. It feels great to know that I have the power to do things I never thought I could do.

Hated?  The monotony of logging my food.  It got to be a big, annoying PITA at the end of the first month, but now it's habit.

ETA: I'm not maintaining yet, if it matters...
where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight? It's been fairly evenly distributed, but a lot of people say that my boobs have shrunk quite a bit (which is good!)

where do you still want to see a difference? I'd really like to tone my thighs a bit more, and my stomach (of course those are the two hardest places)

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time? I'm not sure... since I FIRST started using this site (2 years ago), I think I've probably dropped about 12-15lbs. I'm at my lowest now but I've fluctuated a lot in the past 2 years. As for measurements.. I'll know at the end of the month when I go for my annual "fitness assessment" at the gym.

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most. The part that I've enjoyed the most is feeling so energetic and happy (most of the time, lol). The part that I've hated the most is when I'm super critical or hard on myself. It drains me.
where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight? *sigh* the girls packed up and moved away. but my arse looks great!

where do you still want to see a difference? abs...of course. lol

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time? 60lbs in just under 6 months - waist = 6" lost, hips = 7" lost...dun wanna talk about my chest. *sulks*

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most. I've really enjoyed feeling myself get stronger and leaner, and trying out new recipes and foods. I've hated watching the way some of my 'friends' treat me change as I got closer to my goal. one girl hasn't talked to me since May-never calls me. and the last time she did, all she said was that I needed to eat more. X_x
where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight? I have noticed the biggest difference in my stomach.

where do you still want to see a difference?
still need to lose in my stomach
how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time? I have lost 24.5 lbs and last time I measured I had lost a total of 11 inches. Im due to measure again as soon as Im off TTOTM

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most. my favorite part of the journey was finding calorie count and everyone here but most of all finding myself!

hated- all the negative people in my life being themselves.

where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight? In my face mostly

where do you still want to see a difference?
My tummy and upper thighs (like most girls!)

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time? I started in January but didn't get here till April...  In January I weighed 155 when I started here I was 148. Now (I think) 135.5 so 19.2 pounds gone!

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most.  I am hopelessly addicted to this site, I love all the support that I have gotten and returned..  I didn't like the people (my sister) who tells me I am too skinny and that I need to F**** eat...  made me feel bad.
where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight?
    -losing my twin girls. :(

where do you still want to see a difference?
-general, overall tone; a six-pack would be nice.

how much weight have you lost, wieght and inches, in what amount of time?
-hard to say. I didn't weigh myself really for a long time, and I still don't have a tape measure. But if I had to guess, I lost ten pounds gradually over four months.  I went from being between 115-120 to 105-110 (I'm short--just barely 5'2). Before that was  an even more gradual loss over several years (maybe even a decade) from about 150 to where I am now.

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most?
-enjoyed most: running a marathon before I turned 30 (which I did last year)!
-hated most: having to give up cheese fries, and losing my girls.

where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight?

my legs and arms have slimmed down A LOT.. also noticing my stomach one of the many rolls is slowly disappearing.

where do you still want to see a difference?

my stomach, its still rolly polly.. and santa-esk, aslo my inner thighs arent the prettiest..  and my face.. id like to loose the last of my double chin

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time?

ive lost now 38lbs, but thats about a years work (although i didnt really work for it.. it was just a change without birthcontrol) but since ive started to actually work for it.. ive lost 5 pounds

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most.

i love that i get to go outside more.. i didnt realize how often i stayed in doors..  What i hate is how hard you work and the slow progress it takes.. but.. i except that. and it means its going to last.. i just can be slightly impatient at times..
Ok

where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight?

Like hkellick my stomach, over the past it's looked like it's melting, slowly but happening.

where do you still want to see a difference?

My stomach. This may seem like a put on but I didn't start this to look better, I mean I've wanted to that bean poll I was when I was younger but that could never have motivated me. I stated this change because I want to live past my 50's or 60's.

Which brings me back to my stomach, though the outer fat is melting it's seemed like the internal fat hasn't been so kind. It's that internal fat that I want gone and gone for ever.

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time?

44 and one half pounds since March 27, 2006. I have never measured inches so I'm clueless there.

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most.

Well hated, nothing so far. I sometimes wish I could make and eat the old foods but I have gotten used to the idea that I will never be eating most of those again and gotten over it.

So far the thing I have enjoyed most, other then the loss of weight is find this forum. Since my first day I have been using the tools and database of this sight, the other night I clicked "Community"...WOW!
Where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight?

Physically - my stomach and waist - particularly when I was wearing my old pants.  Also, my face is smaller, but I didn't notice until I saw a photo of myself from about six months ago.

Mentally - I feel like I'm more in control of my life now than I was.  I'm 'fighting gravity', and I feel like I'm winning, which has given me confidence about taking on other things in life as well.

Where do you still want to see a difference?

Like almost everyone else, my spare tyre is hanging around, and I'll be happy to see that gone.  I also want more muscles, but that's going to be worked on once I reach my weight goal.

How much have you lost, weight and inches, in what amount of time?

I don't know how many inches, but I went from a tight size 42 jeans to a loose 36.  I've lost around 46 pounds since late January.

What part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most.

I've enjoyed almost everything about this, but the most fun has been the exercise, especially the long, fast walks that I've been doing (or at least, was doing until the weather turned freezing the past week or two).  I also enjoy meeting up with people who didn't know I was losing, and seeing their expression.

I haven't hated anything, but I've felt that at times my friends have been unhappy with the fact I didn't want to join in with them in drinking beer/eating pizza/etc - not that they said anything, but I don't get invited out as often, even though I told them I'm happy to just go out and watch them eat/drink.
Well I am not in maintance yet, but half who posted arent so i will post too!

where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight?
Besides the obviouse that my face looks like a young person again! (i am 23) I would say I noticed the most in my waist. It not only got smaller, but it moved down! It is like 2 inches lower then it was. My hubby almost flipped recently when he saw me in the buff... it changed so fast! Thank goodness for crunches!

where do you still want to see a difference?

My arms! My tummy, still got that baby bag going on, and the baby is 3 years old! And i want only 1 chin. Somedays i have 1, other days I have more then 1.

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time?
Since december I have lost 47 pounds, and "about" 26 ½ inches. I mesured a month ago.. I only measure once every 2 months, makes me feel better. I still need to/ planning to/ am going to, loose 83 pounds. I set my goal at 140, but my real goal is 130. I started at 260, i have a job to do! Everyone says I wont get under 150, i am just to "muscley and too big boned", "that's too much work" BLAH BLAH BLAH. I laugh and say "deal with your life, i'll control mine."

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most.  I have injoyed feeling healthy, having energy to run and play with my daughter! But what brings tears to my eyes is that, my 2 sisters and my mom had gastric bypass, and i just cant imagine something taking over your life, where you can not control your own hands and mouth.. I love them, and am glad they are ok, but I dont want to end up like that, and well, I am winning, and they cant belive it. They support me, and they are proud of me... But I am so proud of myself!

What i hate the most, hmm, the scale? no.... i hate exercising, cause it is hard, but i feel great cause i do it! But I more hate the comments from other fat people. LOL. The ones who like to be fat or dont care to try to loose it, and dont like that I am loosing weight. They were supportative at first.. now some dont like me... One friend asked me if i gained weight! I am down almost 50 pounds, i look SO much better (check my profile) and she asks if i gained!?!?!? But I realized she has put on about 20, so I guess I am a threat?

Thats about it.
 Stef :)
My face is the biggest difference because people can tell immediately that I lost weight. My tummy has also decreased even though I have polycystic liver disease and a hernia. It is amazing because now I can see my gallbladder scar! I have energy and can run up stairs and I walk all the time. I never did that before.

I would like to see my arms more toned as well as my stomach.

I have lost 38 lbs since October 2005. I have been exercising and eating aboout 1300 calories a day. I have almost stopped eating meat which is really something for me because I love meat!

Some days I hate exercising but I like when people say I look good so that's my motivation. My friends have been going to calorie boot camp and paying a lot of money to be bam blasted by some commando woman. They have lost weight but I feel good knowing I lost 38 lbs with the help of calorie-count and myself!
where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight?

My stomach and my legs. My legs never have had much definition, so when a little appeared, it was very obvious to me.

where do you still want to see a difference?

I'd like to see more of my legs! I'd also like more of a waist, but I'm not holding my breath. I don't think I'm going to lose much more weight, if any.

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time?

I've lost about 12 pounds, about an inch and a half off my waist, and I think an inch off my hips. My arms are more defined too, but I don't remember the measurements for them. I started here in the last week of December 2005.

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most.

I've been grateful to finally take charge of food and my actions and feelings toward it. It's given me peace of mind. Losing a little weight hasn't been half bad either!

The worst has been dilligently writing everything down, but it's gotten so I don't regard overeating as a failure. Not writing it down, admitting it to myself and facing the numbers would be failure. Surprisingly, I always feel a little release after logging the overindulgences. It's like I've let that go, and now I can move on and look forward, not back.
where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight? everywhere! Face, legs, bust

where do you still want to see a difference? waist and hips

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time? I've lost a total of 24 lbs, 19 1/2 in. since about March, been a member since Jan but wasn't doing things right. I had to learn alot!! Sodium was hurting me the most-once I cut way back I finally started losing!!

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most. I love the fact that I have made new friends that understand what I'm going through and they help motivate me to do better, I cant say I hated any part of it! I have learned so much from this site!! Well maybe that I have to go out and buy new clothes to fit!! :)
1. Where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight? hmm...I haven't really lost a lot of weight, but my legs and arms seem to be more toned.
2.Where do you still want to see a difference? Stomach and thighs, definitely.
      3. How much have you lost, weight and inches, in what amount of time? Actually don't know for certain- I started off not weighing myself, strangely enough ^^;;
        4. What part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most. I've enjoyed knowing the fact that I'm doing something to better myself. No matter how small, I'm truly trying to make myself a better person. That, and I'm going to be healthier. I've disliked really wanted something, like a piece of chocolate or other dessert, and having to pass on it because I'd already exceeded my calories of the day; I love sweets. It's also been really hard cutting back on snacks, as I seem to continuously snack on something throughout the day and not realize it until the bag is empty ^^;;
where have you noticed the biggest difference since losing weight? The boobs! Oh, my boobies, where did you go? Maybe to wherever my cheekbones reappeared from?

where do you still want to see a difference? I would love to tone up the tummy a little more, and the thighs--oh, those inner thighs.

how much have you lost, weight and inches, in what ammount of time? I have no idea how much weight I've lost because I don't have a scale, but I'm guessing about 7-10 lbs. A small goal, I know, but it makes a difference! I've lost 8 inches, total.

what part of this "journey" have you enjoyed the most and what have you hated the most. I've enjoyed feeling more fit and more in control of myself, but I hate worrying about everything I put into my mouth, and, sad to say, I miss my junk food!
*edit
