How much to notice a difference...
I'm just curious, but how much weight would one have to gain to actually notice visual changes? Two pounds? Five pounds? Ten pounds?

I think it really depends on the person/their body composition. But for me, personally, I'm 5'2" (ALMOST) and it took me a good 15 lbs to notice a size difference, and then I only saw it in my legs, which is where I usually gain.
it took me about 10 pounds.
I'm so small framed you can see a two-pound difference on me, in my arms and thighs anyway. I'm not even kidding.

same with me i think. but i don't know if it's really true or not. it could be just that i notice it as soon as i've gained even two pounds because i'm looking for it and because i'm more critical of myself then someone else is going to be.
