Getting noticed...

Hello everybody,

Something happened to me earlier today that i had to share and made my day. First my morning was good as the gift i got my brother for his b-day was a good gift as he sent me a txt saying thank you for the comics. I picked him up a couple or Hell boy comics since he really liked the movies and has started reading some. So I was already in a good mood.

Well today we stepped out for lunch and went to Costo topick up a few things for the office. My friend told me that there was a cute blonde that was checking me out. It was a nice feeling to know that my hard work is paying off. I know that i still have some ways to go but its really satifying to hear this and when i looked over she wasnt too bad herself.

Just thought i would share and would like to hear if anybody else has had similar experiences.

A coworker commented on my weight loss today and it’s the first time anyone who’s not a close friend has said anything!

It’s totally made my day.

my dad said to my boyfriend "you better watch out or she's going to dissapear! She's getting skinny!"  ...this comes from a very loving, but very rough exterior father.

A friend of mine thought I was finally worthy (read: good looking enough) to go on a blind date with her friend.

I thought that was special cause nobody would give me the time of day when I was fat.

Date hasn't happened yet tho.

Down to 180 and not movin but i took a bmi test yest because i was confused about the 2 numbers i was given 5 days ago and i found out i am at 11.6 body fat which falls under athletic. Goal to get 8 percent. I have been getting checked out by a few girls at the gym here or there but i'm too damn shy to say anything :(

syco33 - i have the same problem as because of my size i have always stuck to myself and my friends that its hard for me to meet new girls. And when i do try it takes me a long time ( im talking a few weeks) to get the nerves to talk to someone new.
