I just noticed we have 15 people in our group!
That's great! I didn't think we had more than 5 or 6... LOL ![]()
For this many people, I'm surprised we don't have more chatter going on. So, I'm going to ask...
What's up? How are you all doing on your goals so far? Any cool tips/tricks you think the rest of us could use?
As for myself, I'm finally back down to 147! I started at 165, lost some down to 137, went through a rough patch emotionally, gained back to 158... then some how, I looked at the scale last week and was 147! (And it's stayed there all week
) I haven't been logging my calories for months so I don't know how or when it happened... I'm just glad it did! I guess those healthy habits are finally starting to stick. ![]()
By the way, my mom and I discovered this little Mexican restaurant on Mesquite in between E. Oregon & Griggs called La Nueva Casita, I think... If you want to loose weight, DON'T EVER GO IN! Hahaha... It's so spicy and delish. We've been going almost every weekend now for menudo or enchiladas. I have to prepare myself by not eating anything except veggies all day so I don't go over my calorie count. ![]()
i must announce, that after 6 weeks i have weighed in. i started @ 165 & i am now @- drumroll please - 156!. i am thrilled to have made any progress @ all. doesn't feel like it yet but the numbers don't lie. yea! of course i haven't been at my best behavior for the last 2 days, w/ family get togethers & stuff, but i'm still burning more than i'm consuming so that's good. ![]()
