Noticing results?
How long after you started did it take to start seeing results whether in the mirror or on the scale? And if the scale was going down about how much is a good number to lose a week?
Weight loss definitely takes time. It's hard to notice results when you see yourself every day. My advice is to take photos. That's where I really noticed my results.
It is said that a person should lose no more than 2 pounds per week. I usually lost about .5-1 pound per week when I didn't have much left to lose. I am also very short and that amount of weight really shows on me. Just keep in mind that your daily weight can fluctuate quite a bit thanks to the womanly art of water retention.
Right now, I've lost 3 pounds in 5 or 6 weeks. While the scale hasn't shown much of a change, I am back in my size 4 jeans with minimal muffin top ;) My shirts are a different story since my boobs are huge thanks to breastfeeding an always-hungry boy. Measurements are probably a better indicator of results if you have started working out (muscle weighs more than fat). You could be toning up without losing weight.
