Feb 3rd Weigh In POST will close Feb 5th @ 11:59pm!
All member's who have joined and haven't posted at least two one weigh in will be removed from an active team and place on an inactive team. We have about 2-3 members on each team that haven't posted their weigh in's since we have started. Once those team members who are non participants are place in inactive status we will continue as usually with the challenge but there will be less memebers on each team and I will try to make sure each team has the same amount of members!
I still haven't received EVERYONE'S before photo! PLEASE SEND ASAP! NO OFFSENSIVE PHOTO'S PLEASE!

I have to change my mini goal for Dec. 30th from 175 to 170. This was a very hard week for me and I did backslide alot. I am in my nursing clinicals and next week is finals for this semester and food has always been my comfort during stress (or when I'm not stressed). I felt like I fell off the wagon a couple of days, it's not a good feeling.
I have to try harder.

Clean you room/house, play with your kids, take your dog for a walk, read...WHATEVER. It doesn't matter what it is, just do something other than sit at the computer or in front of the tv.

I did HORRIBLE this week, well actually this weekend. Still got in my exercise, but went way over my limit. I'll do better this week and work harder cuz holidays are approaching....I can see disaster already.

Is everyone doing okay?
Anyone have any good recipe's? I'm going to the store for groceries again and it's so hard to buy things that are not sweets! It's so crazy because I love salads but I HATE Salad dressings.... I don't like A LOT of meats, so instead of me being healthy and losing weight my taste buds fall in love (that sounds greedy) with sweets!
Any tips?
Recipe here, and it IS sweet!
1-2 packet sugar free jello(any brand)
2 containers cool whip(not the stuff in the can)
1 graham cracker pie crust
Mix the cool whip and jello then put in pie crust cool in fridge
It is super sweet and totals out to around 250 calories. That may be a lot for your calorie needs, I don't know, but to me it is worth it. If you make it with 2 jello packets it is so sweet you can only eat 1 piece
