Feb 3rd Weigh In POST will close Feb 5th @ 11:59pm!

All member's who have joined and haven't posted at least two one weigh in will be removed from an active team and place on an inactive team. We have about 2-3 members on each team that haven't posted their weigh in's since we have started. Once those team members who are non participants are place in inactive status we will continue as usually with the challenge but there will be less memebers on each team and I will try to make sure each team has the same amount of members!

I still haven't received EVERYONE'S before photo! PLEASE SEND ASAP! NO OFFSENSIVE PHOTO'S PLEASE!

I was on my way to losing at least .5lb this week but calamity struck this weekend. I was stuck at the Toronto airport all day Saturday because of a snowstorm. I tried to make healthy choices but waiting around for 9 hours got the best of me. Damn that free wine!

Merry Christmas All! I Hope you all are enjoying the holiday season thus far. I am working extra hard and have been the last couple weeks. Lots and lots of water. Seems to be working out well.

I'm giving myself some slack.... the holidays, craziness at work and family visits all drove up the caloric intake, mainly in the form of desserts and alcohol.  Should be able to cut those out no problem and get back on the weight loss track!

Happy New Year All! I am a little disappointed in myself as today's weigh in will not show that I made my mini goal. I have a problem with the plateau and not being able to get passed the carbs. I'm sorry to my team and hopefully the new year will work out better.

Ack! I have no idea why I'm gaining! I've been within my deficit every day and have been exercising. Depressing.

  • Not bad considering the food and wine over the holidays. I had revised my mini goal to 205 by the 30th but my original mini goal was 208 so I changed it back!

    I'm sorry haven't posted here in over a month, have had alot of personal problems and have dealt with some of it by eating lots of Junk (Christmas meaning there was plenty of food around) and doing no exercise, with the net result is I have gained 12lbs!!!!! I am not happy with this but its my own fault for comfort eating. I am slowing trying to get myself back on a healthy diet and exercise plan.
