Feb 3rd Weigh In POST will close Feb 5th @ 11:59pm!

All member's who have joined and haven't posted at least two one weigh in will be removed from an active team and place on an inactive team. We have about 2-3 members on each team that haven't posted their weigh in's since we have started. Once those team members who are non participants are place in inactive status we will continue as usually with the challenge but there will be less memebers on each team and I will try to make sure each team has the same amount of members!

I still haven't received EVERYONE'S before photo! PLEASE SEND ASAP! NO OFFSENSIVE PHOTO'S PLEASE!

Whats involved in being a captain? I will be one. I lost 6 lbs last week and thought it was ALL water weight, turns out only 3 lbs of it was (as of tonight I am 147 which means it was 3 real lbs but I like to weigh in in the AM so that will be my official weigh in. I am just excited because I haven't had 3 lbs stay off for a full week in the past 3 months. Woo hoo...lol

uuuugh i'd love to read all the posts but i'm in such a hurry now that i can only manage to post my 2nd weigh-in's results, so-so in my opinion :/

Nov 11th

starting weight: 193  (oct 28th)

I thought 5lbs last week was a little high and I was right, Monday the scale had jumped back up to 189.5 and stayed there until Thursday. Since Thursday it had been dropping slowly to yesterdays weight.  Today was the same so I feel fairly confident in this weeks weigh in.

My goal this week is to exercise more, I really slacked off last week!

Note: Before anyone starts to worry, I always tend to drop a lot of weight in my first week - I'm 6'0" tall so this is also spread out across a fairly large person. My loss will probably be large again this week and after that I tend to settle in to 1-2 lbs/week. Isn't it sad that I've tried to lose weight so many times, that I actually have a 'pattern'? This is the time it stays off!!

November 11th:

i think i wanna make one remark about the team-thing. i think it's great to have teams TO SUPPORT each other, but NOT TO COMPARE with each other. i'd rather not want it to turn into a competition kind of thing-which team loses the most weight? so how about we don't write which team lost how many lbs...? what do you think, cause it's such a rainy day today that i can't seem to think straight...

well the dinner at my friend's went all right. dinner turned out to be ordered pizzas!!! i had only one slice and fresh pressed orange juice. Laughing

You are right the teams should be for support, but at the same time people (well me anyway) tend to stick to their guns more when it is a competition. Know what I mean? Thats not to say it should get ugly because it shouldn't by any means, we are all here for the same reason, but a little friendly competition could help us.
What's the point of having teams if we don't keep track of how much weight has been lost? We might as well just continue as individuals.

I think we're all mature enough to handle a little competition, no?
So I just put in everything I plan to eat today and it comes to 1149 calories. Before I started counting calories I ate about 600 calories a day (not on purpose, just didn't realize how few calories I was eatting-except when I ate junk then it was like 2000 cals) should I try and get to 1200 anyway, or is the 1149 ok? Also since I was eatting so few cals before, now that I go up to 1149 is that going to make me gain, like, double the weight? I figured I would ask in here rather than in an open topic just because we all seem pretty supportive and honestly I don't want people being rude to me about eatting so little before, especially since it was in no way on purpose. KWIM?
