Almost at my goal weight!!  I did much better this past week with my deficits...I'm feeling pretty great about my weight at the moment...only another week or so (hopefully) before I get to the weight I want to be, I hope to lose a couple more pounds before we go home for christmas, that way I can afford to gain a few back during the holiday (making room for cookies and egg nog).  Hopefully at our next weigh in I'll be at my goal weight of 125...yay!!!

What are you having trouble with?
Is it the exercise side of things or the food?
Or was it simply because you were away?
It's really hard being away and sticking to routines.
If it's just because you were away, try not to stress!
Just go back to the plan you had before you left and you'll do just fine!

Stressing over the weight gain will of course only add to the dramas.

I totally understand how they can induce such horrible eating habits, I have 3 older sisters and 2 of them can't seem to go a month without making some kind of huge drama!

Well, I was meant to be going swimming today but after only getting 2 hours sleep, I thought it would be a bad idea to strain my body more by doing hours of exercise.
So I dragged my boyfriend out for an hour long walk.
Not quite as good at burning calories as swimming, but it was really nice walking around suburbia and I made sure I stuck to a relatively fast pace instead of just dawdling.
Might go swimming tomorrow instead, I'll have money I saved from not swimming today so I might just bus to the pools, instead of having to walk and hour just to get there! lol.

I'm not sure what the problem is?? but I can't go to the gym as much as I would like to!! I do have a question to ask you.  How can you figure out how many calories you are burning up when you use the gym machines??? I do circuit training for 1hr or so every other day at the gym useing the machines. and the other days I do bike for 30mins. and treadmill for 30 mins. but I don't know how to figure the machines in??? I think I'm doing ok with the food part. thanks, bahai99.

Either search the activity lists here on CC, for a rough estimate, or see if the machines count the calories you burn while working out.
If you find a listing for one of the activities here on CC and you're scared of over estimating, just put it in as a slightly lower level of intensity.
... That, or to be certain, you could buy a heart rate monitor!
That should be more accurate than anything else but they can be kind of expensive.

Hope that made some sense, my brain is not at full functioning power lol.

My weight is stubborn by I am more stubborn lol I didn't manage to workout today but I'm going to take a walk later (30 min RT brisk)...I did some shopping as well and managed to get a lot of veggies. My weight is going down slowly so by Sat I hope to be a happy gal weight wise
