Has anyone done this yet??  I start on it next week and it looks like a killer!!!  No rests - 12 reps 4 sets OMG I'm gonna need a stretcher standing by!!!

Let us know how it goes... I did FL II, but not I or III.  I am sure I would hate that workout!  High reps and no rest!  If I do end up trying it later, I will probably add rest when needed.  I am not good at the heart jumping out of the chest thing.

Survived workout A with a bit of modification.  The 2nd supersets were 20 reps 2 sets - I can not do 20 walking lunges I'm sorry but that hurts !!!

I was able to do 3 push ups off the floor - big acomplishment for me - did pretty light weights and turned out it was just about right cause when I got to the 4 th set on some I was whipped.

My heart rate was pretty much between 145- 160 ( 156 is my supposedly highest I should go) which is awesome and burned a lot of calories in a short time.  Gotta love lifting.

I am feeling the burn already to some extent  Probably will really be feeling it tomorrow when I do step aerobic class.

Sounds like an awesome workout!!! Good job!

I actually am seeing results on this workout already and I've only done 3 workouts-- I've lost almost 2 lbs this week, and my abs are getting some very good definition.  I'm loving it.  Although its very hard to do all those reps and no rest the results are showing its well worth it.

Great job!

Shout out to Fat Loss III -- its a killer workout but its also a fat burner like no other I've tried/ done.  This is the first time I'm actually seeing and feeling the results so quickly.

I've lost 7 lbs since Sept 26th when I started this workout - vs only 10 lbs since May I'm back into size 10's for work pants.  I'm ecstatic to say the least.

My heart rate monitor registered 170 today at one point  -- 220 - 50 = 170 this is the max max max I'm suppose to go hehehe well acording to those "powers that be" so I know my heart is getting stronger too.

I'm so happy I could spit!!!

I know what I'm doing next...

You've really kicked this into high gear!

Wow, that sounds great!

I was on vacation last week, finished Fat Loss I while in Mexico. I thought I'd have hard time deciding what program to start today, but you convinced me :) Fat Loss III it is! I'm afraid I've gained some fat, it's time to burn it off...

I did the first 2 workouts, and I must say it's one of the hardest (if not THE hardest) program I've done so far. I was probably a bit too optimistic about my weight selection for workout A - I had to substitute hanging leg rises by Swiss ball crunches because I simply could not hang, couldn't grip the bar tight enough not to slip down. I was incredibly sore the next 2 days - there was not a single muscle in my entire body that didn't hurt.

Workout B wasn't that bad because I lowered the weights, but still... all those step ups, arghh!

What are you doing with your nutrition during this program?  Running a deficit?  How big?  Or are you eating maintenance?  I just started Strength I today.  Maybe it's fat loss III next.

Laura - I am doing a deficit of maybe 250 - 500 cals a day except on weekends I still tend to go over quite a bit.  I think the reason for the inches lost and lbs lost is because my heart rate gets so high - higher than I ever can get it by running or any so called cardio workout.

I've taken the last week off due to some personal issues and will be taking next week off as well so I will be all rested and ready to go again by Chiristmas time.

You're doing a great job.  I run a deficit during the week too but can never seem to keep it going on the weekends.  Maybe one of these days.

I think I'm willing to pay a significant amount of money to anyone who can teach me the secret of not overeating on the weekends. Seriously...

I'm halfway through the program, and I'm loving it. It's a killer workout! Not seeing results, but am not expecting any with my current nutrition (550 kcal from assorted candy today... yep. PMS...)

I too wish I knew how to avoid the overeating on weekends.  Even though I'm pretty good at staying away from junk I still tend to just eat all day long.  I think the reason I was able to lose so much weight years ago was because I smoked-- I don't advise taking up smoking just to stop eating LOL!!!

I too (__normally__) manage to stay away from junk. I haven't had sweets for months before Halloween, and I almost forgot how Doritos/potato chips taste like. My problem is nuts and dried fruit. Once I start - I cannot stop. Unfortunately I can't just not have them at home altogether, since I use pine nuts, pecans, almonds and dried cranberries in my cooking quite a lot. Or is it just an excuse? I don't know...  What I know is that my husband will not thank me for banning pecan-cranberry quinoa or bulgur with toasted pine nuts from our house ;)

Nuts are my downfall too.  I love raw almonds and pecans.  I too can sit and eat them all day long.  Well at least it is a healthy food just why does it have to have so many  calories and fat!!!!
