NROL - Strength II

Quote  |  Reply

Now that I'm done with a little two-week break (a minor surgery), I'm ready to get going again.  I had only two workouts left of FL I, so I think I'm just going to consider that done and start Strength II.

I've got my logs printed out, and I'm ready to kick some butt tomorrow morning.  It looks interesting - starts out with four sets of squats, then some quarter squats.  Also, since I'm working out at home now, I'll have to improvise with a swiss ball for the back extension, I saw that suggestion over at jpfitness.

I spend a fair amount of time over at JPfitness.  I keep a workout log there.  Do you keep a log anywhere?

Hope your surgery healed well and you do kick some butt on strenghth II.  I am alomost finished with Hyp I and I'm thinking of starting strength one.

No, I don't do a separate log there, just my printouts but I do keep all of those.  I do visit that forum a fair amount because there's quite a lot of good advice and lots of info about the workouts.

I started off today by going a little light on the squats and right away had to bump up the weights because I wasn't feeling anything, so maybe those two weeks off did me some good.

Strength I was kind of fun with the wave loading stuff.

I also keep a log over at JPFitness, and spend a fari amount of time lurking over there.  It's an awesome place.

Glad you are feeling strong.  I usually feel stronger after coming back from a break too.
