I have a question for my fellow nurses out there. What did you mark your activity level as? I work in a recovery room, so while I stand a lot, I don't necessarily do a lot of walking. Regardless, I come home with extremely tired legs. Anway, just wanted to know what all the nurses out there counted their activity level as?

I think I usually mark it just above slug. I think we should get some points for at least standing. lol. I work on a critical care floor and never get to sit.
BTW: You should not be coming home with tired legs. Try a different kind of shoes. Dansko professionals are superb.
I actually wear those shoes, but I have a hip problem, hence the tired legs.
What kind of nurse are you. Im a CNA in a nursing home Not only do I stand a lot but huge amounts of walking. I move a lot more than the LVN's or RN's because they are normally charting Good shoes are a must no slip of course. I counted my steps one day with a pedometer and it was well over 10,000..
