I am an ER nurse... I don't know about yall, but when I come to work I have to really work up my will power to keep from getting into abunch of stuff that I don't need to be eating... (esp if you work nights...)... seems like there is always a reason to bring sugar laced starchy food for celebration or snack. Would love to hear about how other folks avoid this type of problem, or if you even have a problem? What do you do to curb cravings at work? Do you have a hard time with coworker food peer pressure? Whatever.. post it... let's share... lol.
