i am having trouble getting all the nutrients to be a part of my daily diet? any sugessions?
i am eating within my calorie limit n exercising along.. but trouble geting all the nutrients.. ![]()

Some of it also comes with time. Notice what you eat a lot of and what you eat very little of and start going from there. That works especially well for the macro nutrients. Also look at your week, do things average out or do you consistently eat more carbs and less protein.
