Nutrisystem... Friend or Foe?

Is it worth the cost?

Ive contemplated nutrisystem for a while.. and Im just wondering if anybody knows much about it or anybody who has been on it with results..

Hi- saw your post about the ebay book on making your own Nutrisystem type meals, but couldn't find it. There is no seller I could find by that name, either , "kuddlykoula". I even tried "cuddlykoala" thinking maybe it was a typo. Can you help?
