Nutrition Report/Analysis Question

When I click on analysis for the food for the day. It displays the percentage of protein, fat, and carb. Obviously this changes based on what you eat each day, but what it percentage of each should be strived for?

Im wondering that exact same thing myself. If anyone knows please let us know!
About 25% fat, 25% protein, 50% carbs. Optionally protein could be increased a bit and fat decreased to about 20-30-50.

I average around 20-20-60 so I'm trying my hardest to get to 20-30-50, and so far today I'm rocking!
