Is anyone else having issues with the graph on the report under analysis? Mine, no matter what I do, stays the same as whatever the first graph of the day looked like.

Yup, it's been doing it for at least a couple weeks. Pretty annoying, but at least you have the actual percentages there to reference.
Submit a bug report here so that it at least stays on their radar.
