NYC and around (NJ, PA, CT, MA) - anyone?

Hi,

I have tried a few times to see if anyone is in the NYC area.  I just saw the DC get together and I'm jealous.  Surely there are some people from NYC and the surrounding area.  Maybe we can get together.  I'm in Norwalk CT, just a short ride from the city.  Anyone, anyone??

Outside Albany, here.  Someone was talking about a possible Boston meet a week or two ago.
Yay~ I live in the city. Well, Queens, to be more exact. But I'll be here only during winter as I go to school upstate.

Lemon, where do you go to school?
Boston is good!  It doesn't have to be in NYC - the surrounding area will work as well.
I live in Western Mass, which is a bit far from NYC but not terribly far. (about 4 hours or so)
I could make it to NYC in 3 hours from Amherst. :D
CT is between MA and NY ;)

I am (according to google maps) 28 miles from Norwalk (in NY).
Not as many people as I had hoped.  Where are all of you hiding!!!!????
Hi there!

I live in the Jerz' and work in Manhattan (24th St)...
My parents are in Princeton.  I'm hoping to move to NJ next year.
I'm in Boston and would love to attend a boston meet up!!
I live in Brooklyn, in Park Slope!
Ha! I used to live near Princeton.  Nice town, but too far for a NYC commute.

I now live in Cranford.  Very cute town and commutable (but dealing w/NJ Transit is a nightmare!!).

If you want advice for your move, just let me know!

For everyone in NYC--did you know that Energy Kitchen has a meal plan that they can customize to your dietary needs?  For a full day of food it starts at only $29.95 (including delivery).  I'm thinking about it, b/c I want to start eating better!  FYI...
Thanks defrog!  I am thinking of moving to around the Orange, Elizabeth, Plainfield, Edison area.  My bf will be taking the train to the city, so its important that we are relatively close to a station and it doesn't take him more than like 40mins to get there.  I also don't want to live in a high rise.  We live in a nice neighborhood in CT.  We rent half of a duplex, and our landlord lives next door.  I wouldn't mind like a managed community with some green areas and trees, and preferably singe story, double if we're on the top!! lol
Phili suburbs!
Philly = NYC suburb. :D
From growing up in Cherry Hill-a suburb of Philly, as it's known sometimes-I can tell you right now Philly is not considered a suburb of NY. New Yorkers don't even consider Philly/South Jersey part of the tri state area.
Philly's just down the road and smaller then NYC...

It must be a suburb.

Waterbury,CT  i'd go to a NYC or Boston meet.
