I just had an 800 calorie breakfast. I've been going over my limits for the last month and now I only have 600 left for the rest of the day...plus I have to go out to eat tonight since my friend who I haven't seen in ages is visiting.
And the worst part...I'm *still* hungry :o(
I wouldn't worry about. If your eating healthy foods and excersing then dont even bother counting calories. You need to focus more on your food groups and less on the amount your eating of something
that sucks. I just ate 1300 cals of pie for lunch and my breakfast was 900 cals so just those 2 alone are over my limit and I know I will have pizza later so I feel your pain :(

Aw rubbish, well its good to know someone else shares my disappointment!
Dont feel too bad... the other day i had a dessert that was 900 calories! I had to not eat all day just so I could have it with my veggie and brown rice dinner :P
