Ingredients (Makes 9 servings)
Directions
Boil the water. Add the Oats. Simmer for 2 mins and take off the heat. Leave to one side.
Dice the celery, onion, carrot, red pepper - You can use a food processor or chopper.
Saute the veg in 1 tsp of olive oil for 2 mins or until soft.
Add the veg & oat mix together as well as the garlic powder and paprika. Mix well and put into a bowl.
Leave for 2 hours or overnight.
With an icecream scoop, scoop out balls on a lightly oiled (with the 1/2 tsp of olive oil) tray and flaten slightly.
Bake at 190C for 30 mins. Leave to cool for 10 mins and serve.
