Oat and raisin cookies
| 1 | cup of rolled oats |
| 1/4 | cup of white flour |
| 1/4 | cup of brown sugar |
| 1/2 | teaspoon of cinnamon |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1/2 | cup of raisins |
| 1 | teaspoon of baking powder |
| 1 | tablespoon of honey |
| 1/4 | cup of melted butter |
- Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and raisins.
- Add butter, then honey, then eggwhites.
- Roll into balls and flattern into cookies on a baking tray.
- Bake for 15 or until cookies are cooked.
