Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal with chia seeds

0.33 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/2 medium banana
1/2 oz Chia Seeds, Dried
1 1/2 tbsp Brummel

Recipe Directions for oatmeal with chia seeds

  1. 1 tbsp chia seed

  2. added to 1/3 cup oatmeal.

  3. add 1 cup water and heat

  4. add 1.5 tbsp brummel & brown

  5. and 1/2 medium banana (sliced)

  6. enjoy!
