I eat old fashioned oatmeal every day for breakfast, 1/2 cup cooked in microwave with water. i usually always add cinnamon, and sf maple syrup and 2 tsp of slivered almonds and some sort of fresh fruit...blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peach or apple....and then i eat a side of oikos plain greek yogurt (5.3 oz.) or a little tub of fage 0% greek yogurt (6oz.)
My question is, I do eat this same exact meal, maybe with a different fruit, twice a day. Is this too much? Is this harmful toward my weight loss goals? Sometimes, on bad days, I have it 3 times per day... please, input please!!
oatmeal, nuts, and fruit are all incredibly nutritious--i don't see anything wrong with this meal. the only problem i see is the repetition--have it only once a day, twice sometimes on "bad" days so that you can make room for more variety. i have a packet of oatmeal with cinnamon in it almost every morning as well and i consider if one of my better habits.

I suggest that you add a lot more vegetables, and more protein, as it will help you stay fuller longer than the simple sugars in the fruits, and will help prevent your body from eating away at your muscle.
I have oatmeal with fruit and little sugar every morning too, I love it, but I think you should be eating more vegetables and different proteins too.
Great minds think alike!!
