BREAKFAST PANCAKE

Ingredients
1/3 cup OATMEAL (DRY)
1/3 cup EGG WHITE
1 tsp VANILLA
1 tsp CINNAMON
Directions
  1. PLACE SMALL FRYING PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT

  2. SPRAY PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY (PAM)

  3. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL

  4. PLACE IN PAN AND SPREAD TO COVER ENTIRE SURFACE OF PAN

  5. FLIP AND COOK OTHER SIDE

  6. SERVE WITH SUGAR FREE SYRUP OR PEANUT BUTTER
