October 2008 Exercise Challenge!!!
How much do you want to exercise a month?
How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!
What is exercise you ask?
Its whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

I will promise myself this month to make my goal of 2000 min... I know exactly where I stalled in my progress the last 2 weeks I stopped working out consistently and that was my problem... I see the root and must pull it out... this is my bday month so I gotta look good for it!

A slow start to the month... but at least I've started! I'll keep it at 1250 this month and see if I can make it for a second month in a row. 15/1250

My planned activity puts me at an estimated 1700 total minutes this month. SO, if I do not skip out and find at least 50 extra somewhere I should make my goal. I will do it this month!

I'm going out on a limb! Last month I didn't even come close to meeting my goal of 1000 minutes but I'm hoping for a very successful October. Last month aside, I've been consistently getting over 1000 minutes so it's time to make this a true challenge for myself and push myself a little further.
