I would like to gather a group of people together who are committed to reaching their goal weight by October 2009. Our weigh in day will be Sunday, when everyone can log in to the group and log their weight loss and stats for the week. Additionally, during the week we can use the board as a way to support and encourage each other. I'd love to share recipes and work-out information as well.

Personally, I am on a personal weight loss mission I have dubbed Thin by 30! I've battled my weight all of my life and want to do it permanently this time and keep it off.
