SW: 182.0 CW: 149.0 Loss: 0.0 TOTAL: 33.0 GOAL: 145.0
Ok, no gain or loss. But, I am not all together upset. With all of the running I have been doing, I am finding it really hard to know how many calories I need and how many are extra - I am just sooo hungry. Plus, it is hard to strike the right carb balance. Anyway, if I get to the 145 I will be happy, but I am pretty content with where I am at and where I have come, so in the meantime I think I am just going to listen to my body while training for this marathon. Maybe, I need to revisit my goal. I have been hovering around 150 now for a month with no significant loss - maybe this is where I am meant to be?

Way to go NJ! That is incredible!!! I like your other post in the excersise forum about setting clearly defined exercise goals - I have found that it really helps me.
Thanks, Mermaid! Yeah, it has been difficult lately... but, I'm determined to lose the weight!!! =) Good luck to everyone!![]()
