Thanks all. Tomorrow is my official weigh in then I MY PERSONAL weigh in will be Saturdays.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL.
Thank you 1heavenlybody for inviting me to the challenge. How did you know that I really needed to get back in the game? I am very unhappy with my weight and lack of exercise, but I am happy to report that I have nearly completed the requirements for this semester's graduate courses. That leaves me one semester away from graduation!! Currently I am making changes in my personal life. Weight and exercise will be top of the list.
Good luck to all.

I am EXCITED and READY to begin!!!
However, I have a few questions before we begin.
- What does SW stands for?
- Do we weigh in on Oct.1st and enter that weight as CW or week 1 weight?
- Can we include our waist and hips measurements?

Take care and God Bless.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
