Welcome one and all!  This challenge is a 4th quarter challenge for the year 2009.  Anyone can join and there are no rules, except pick a day that is good for you to Weigh in Consistently.  Don't worry, if you miss a few.  The key here is to log at least once a week.

We have a small group of people that have been doing this since the April 1st challenge that I started, so I welcome you all back and wish you the best of luck this time around!

So if you want some support and some motivational tips, join us!

Too much sodium over the weekend (was up an additional 3 lbs on Monday) but it is slowly working it's way off. At least my trend is creeping in a downward direction.

This is another excellent idea - I'm in.

I weigh in twice weekly (Sundays & Wednesdays, plus the first day of each month), so that I have two weekly sequences (I find it interesting and maybe useful to compare the two), as well as a monthly one, but my 'official' weigh in day is Sunday.
