Exercise was a bit better this week, not daily, but better, and calories about the same as usual. I'm looking forward to losing the last few pounds since most of it Must come off my belly. Can't believe I've been on this weight loss journey for almost 2 years now. Must be careful this weekend not to overeat--another inlaw weekend, and it's rainy and cold so probably not much exercise. I'll try to get some in...

The scale was finally my friend today. This week's workouts were more challenging, but I told myself to just get my butt in that gym and do SOMETHING, and that's what I did. I have the extra benefit of guilt due to free gym facilities, so I got on that elliptical and started my iPod and things fell into place. If I am having a bad day and I don't feel good or 'right,' I just slow down for a few minutes and when I feel better, I tell myself I can do it, and next thing you know, it's time for a cool down!
SW: 330.0 CW: 250.8 LOSS: 4.8 TOTAL: 79.8 GOAL: 175.0
Really have no idea why my loss this week has been so much better! I even checked twice on the scales. I did really have been trying to improve my speed on the treadmill this week and actually cut back on my time. I suppose the best advice I have gotten was "being honest with myself" it's that bite of this, or just today I'll eat a couple of cookies, or what will that extra heaping of something. When I started being honest with myself I started really thinking about everything I was eating.

Didn't do so well this week. I was hoping to lose more, but I admit, I didn't put much effort into eating right and exercising. I'd eat right for a few days and binge on the 3rd day... only to gain back what I have lost. It's frustrating... I know I want this for myself... to be healthier, stronger, lighter... yet, my will power is just not there. Any suggestions on how to keep on track?
SW: 143 CW: 141.6 LOSS: 1.4 GOAL: 128
First week of dieting, technically first 5 days, and I'm a little disappointed that I didn't lose more. I feel like I have change my eating habits drastically, while still eating a healthy amount of calories, but I didn't even lose two pounds. I have to admit that I only exercised one day this week; I'm finding it hard to incorporate it into my schedule, but I know that's a lame excuse. Anyway, for next week I plan on exercising at least three times a week, and also drink more water.

Congratulations to all! You made it another week. If you didn't lose weight or you stayed the same ... I know you already know what changes you may have to make this week. For those who lost - keep up the good work.
